We are looking to hire a dedicated School Registrar to support the school's admissions and registration processes while ensuring accurate student records and compliance with Ministry regulations. The School Registrar will work collaboratively with school leadership, parents, students, teachers, and administrative staff to provide an efficient, professional, and welcoming registration experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

School Registrar Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in school registration or admissions, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems
- Knowledge of Ministry of Education regulations is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
School Registrar Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily student registration, enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Ministry regulations.
- Maintain and update student records within the school's information systems and Ministry platforms.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Education regarding admissions, registration, and student documentation requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex parent inquiries related to registration and admissions.
- Support and mentor junior registration staff to ensure consistent processes and high-quality service.
- Coordinate graduation documentation, GPA submissions, and certificate equivalency procedures.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to verify fee clearance before releasing official student records or documents.
- Prepare enrollment, re-enrollment, and registration reports for school leadership.
- Monitor application documentation, follow up on outstanding requirements, and ensure timely data entry.
- Assist with the annual student re-enrollment process.
- Support admissions events such as school tours, open houses, and information sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and provide reports on enrollment trends and community engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Registration Manager or School Leadership.
