Assistant Principal

Position Overview:

The Assistant Principal plays a vital role in supporting the Principal in ensuring the effective management of the school, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting academic excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to inspire students, staff, and the school community.

Salary Range: $4,400-$6,200/month (based on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Administration:
    • Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement school policies, goals, and objectives.
    • Oversee daily school operations, including student discipline, staff supervision, and resource allocation.
    • Assist in evaluating and mentoring teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction.
  2. Student Achievement and Support:
    • Monitor and support student academic performance and well-being.
    • Implement intervention strategies to address individual student needs.
  3. Curriculum and Instruction:
    • Support the development and implementation of curriculum programs aligned with educational standards.
    • Foster professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance instructional practices.
  4. Parent and Community Engagement:
    • Serve as a liaison between the school and parents, fostering positive relationships.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure the school complies with educational regulations and policies.
    • Prepare reports and data analysis as required by school leadership and governing bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership (required).
  • Certification: Valid Administrative Certification in Educational Leadership or equivalent (required).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, with prior leadership or administrative experience preferred.
